Located approximately one mile from the intersection of Route 158 and Route 68, Rachels Landing is a quiet, modest community in the scenic country of northwest North Carolina in the town of Stokesdale. Composed of 28 homes, this family neighborhood cointains families of all ages living in a town with that Norman Rockwell small-town feel.

Whether it is the annual Christmas parade, with participants from surrounding towns, state representatives, and the many local organizations or the boating available at the local marina's, or having your gas pumped for you at Stokesdale Service Centeror, or having your bags carried to the car for you from one of the bag-checkers at the local Bi-Rite grocery store, Rachels Landing is part of a community reminicent of the good parts of yesteryear with an eye on the future. Stokesdale has recently added a new town halll and expanded town park for all residents to enjoy, including sports fields, walking trails, horseshoes, frisbee football, and more!

The school's residents of Rachels Landing attend... Stokesdale Elementary, Northwest Middle and Northwest High School, are among the top rated schools in North Carolina, and are known for their community spirit.
